1. Initial Investment to Start the Project
To start work on your Website Development and AI Chatbot project, an initial settlement fee of 50% of the total project cost is required. This initial settlement acts as a token to secure your spot in our development cycle and covers the initial architecture and strategy phase.
2. The Grace Period & Refund Schedule
We understand that business directions can shift. Our refund policy for the initial deposit is based on how much work has been initiated:
Days 1 to 4: If you decide not to proceed within the first 4 days of making the initial payment, we will return 50% of your initial deposit to your account.
Days 5 and 6: By this stage, correct planning and website development work have already been started for your website and AI chatbot. If you cancel during this stage, only 25% of your initial deposit will be returned to your bank account. The remaining 25% of the initial deposit is retained by us to cover the dedicated strategy, labor, and resource costs utilized during those 4+ days of development.
Day 7 and 10: From the 7th to 10th day onwards, the project is in full production. At this point, the initial 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.
3. Project Completion & Final Settlement
Once the development of your Website and AI Chatbot is completed, the remaining balance final 50% of the project fees must be paid in full to settle 100% of the total cost based on the packages like Starter, Premium, & Business Package you choose.
Go-Live & Ownership Transfer: We build your new website and integrated AI Chatbot on a secure Live Demo Website (like yourbrand.skgenvistech.com), allowing you to review the fully functioning website. Once all revisions included in your plan are complete and the final payment is cleared, we handle the heavy task of migrating everything to your own domain and hosting setup. We then hand over all the keys and credentials so you have absolute 100% ownership of your new digital assets.
The Day-12 non-refundable policy: Please be advised that from the 12th day of the project and beyond, the total 100% fee (including the final payment) becomes entirely non-refundable to your account. Once we reach this deep stage of deployment and optimization, no refunds can be issued for any portion of the project fees.
4. Post-Payment "Power-Up" Services
Hosting & Domain Renewal Reminders: To ensure your website never goes down, we offer reminder alerts for your hosting and domain expiration dates calculated based on the specific plan duration you choose, such as 1 year or 2 years or 3 years.
Please Note: These critical renewal reminder notifications will only be activated and sent to you if your project fees have been paid in full.
To ensure your business succeeds long-term, the following high-value services are performed after the final payment is received:
Optimization: Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Meta Ad Pixel linking.
Tracking: Google Ads conversion tracking setup.
Security: Full security tightening for both your Website and AI Chatbot.
5. Client Responsibilities (Off-Page SEO)
While we handle the technical heavy works, Off-page SEO (backlink building, external promotions, etc.) remains the responsibility of the client.
